Shipping 

Thank you for supporting our local business. We ship our ceramics with love and care from our studio-shop in the heart of Manchester’s Northern Quarter. 

We know that in some cases our delivery costs may seem high, but we hope that the safe delivery of your unique ceramic items will make it worth it. Pieces are generally shipped within 2-3 business days, and you will be notified when your order is confirmed, and when it is posted. We ship in the UK and internationally with Royal Mail.

Collection in Store - Free 

Want to save a few pennies and live locally? Come and meet us in person and collect your handmade pieces from our store in the Manchester Craft and Design Centre. We aim for items to be available for pickup 24 hours after your purchase. Our shop is open 10am-5.30pm Monday to Saturday, and generally closed on Bank Holidays.

Local Delivery within 10 miles of our shop - £6.00 

For orders over £100, we offer a flat rate delivery of £6.00. This is a great option for larger items that may be more complex to ship, as we can hand-deliver them with care and attention to your home. Items will be delivered locally once a week, generally on a Sunday. 

UK Standard Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For

Small Items e.g. Earrings, Trinket Dishes & Mushrooms: Items under 250g will be posted via Royal Mail, 1st class signed for with a rate of £3.05. Delivery is generally 2-4 business days after dispatch. 

Medium Items e.g Mugs: Items over 500g and under 2kg will be posted via Royal Mail, 1st class signed for with a rate of £4.80. Delivery is generally 2-4 business days after dispatch. 

Larger Items e.g. Vases, Mugs: Items between 2kg - 10kg will be will be posted via Royal Mail, 1st class signed for with a rate of £8.05. Delivery is generally 2-4 business days after dispatch. 

International Standard - Europe Zones 1/2/3 - Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed 

The prices below cover regular shipping costs. They do not cover the cost of importing goods into your home country. Import fees, taxes, duties and additional handling fees may be charged to customers within the EU. It is your responsibility as a consumer to know the rules and fees put in place by your local government. We are not responsible for these extra charges.

We currently offer international delivery on small Items e.g. Earrings, Trinket Dishes & Mushrooms under 250g. These will be posted via Royal Mail, International Tracked and Signed with a rate of £8.75. Delivery is generally 3-17 business days after dispatch.
